SMS & Text Messaging

By opting in during checkout or via our SMS sign-up form, you consent to receive automated text messages from Lucid Ent LLC (dba Lucid Events) at the phone number you provide. We offer two types of SMS communications:

  • Marketing messages: Promotions, upcoming event announcements, and special offers.
  • Transactional messages: Ticket confirmations, event logistics, venue updates, and check-in information.

Message Frequency Disclosure

Message frequency varies based on event schedules and your preferences. Marketing messages are typically sent no more than 4 times per month. Transactional messages (ticket confirmations, event reminders, check-in details) are sent as needed per event, typically 1–3 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may purchase tickets without opting in to SMS communications.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Mobile Information Privacy
