By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or using this website operated by Lucid Ent LLC d/b/a Lucid Events ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued.
- Ticket prices may vary by tier and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Each ticket is valid for one (1) person and one (1) event only.
- Tickets are non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match a valid government-issued ID.
- Free promotional tickets (e.g., "First 25 Girls Free") are subject to availability and may be revoked at our discretion.
2. QR Code & Digital Tickets
- Upon purchase, you will receive a digital ticket with a unique QR code via email and on the confirmation page.
- You are responsible for saving and presenting your QR code at the door for admission.
- Each QR code can only be scanned once. Duplicate or counterfeit QR codes will result in denied entry.
- We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or inaccessible QR codes. Screenshot your ticket as a backup.
- Sharing your QR code with others may result in denied entry for all parties.
3. Entry Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older to attend. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door.
- Attendees 21+ may access the bar with valid ID.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual at our sole discretion, including but not limited to individuals who appear intoxicated, disruptive, or in violation of the dress code.
- Dress code (if applicable) must be adhered to for entry.
4. Event Conduct
- Attendees must comply with all venue rules and instructions from event staff and security.
- We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund for disruptive, threatening, or illegal behavior.
- By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes.
- We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
5. SMS & Text Message Communications
During ticket checkout, you may opt in to receive text messages from Lucid Ent LLC (dba Lucid Events). We offer two types of SMS programs:
- Marketing messages: Promotional content about upcoming events, special offers, and announcements. Message frequency varies.
- Transactional messages: Ticket confirmations, event logistics, venue updates, and check-in information. Message frequency varies.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may buy tickets without opting in to SMS messages.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us on Instagram at @lucidabq.
- We are not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucid Ent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of this website, purchase of tickets, or attendance at any event.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or attendance at our events constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
